Time and seasons are there under the Sun for everything. You see, The word “Times” has two understandings in Greek. One is called Kronos, Another one is called kairos. Kronos is the earthly timing. kairos is a heavenly appointed time of God. Kronos is from the derived from chronology. Whenever God speaks something, the Kronos begins to happen, but in the fullness of time, the kairos burst out as a miracle or the timing of God that is the heavenly appointed time. In the fullness of time Jesus came on this earth. There is a time of fulfillment for everything. When the time reaches his fulfillment, it is called kairos. So when the time reaches his fulfillment, Jesus came on this earth.

When God speaks something, why it doesn’t happen is because you have not grown into the maturity of Christ. You have not grown into the fullness of time. When Paul speaks in 1 Corinthians 3: 2 to the Corinthian church, it talks about two aspects. One aspect is called the milk of the word and the meat of the world. Milk of the word is for children. Meat of the world is for adult. So if you are still in the milk of the word, you cannot reach the fullness of time. You cannot mature. But when you eat the meat of the word, then you can grow into the fullness of Christ. That means you can grow, so that you could equip yourself to receive the miracle. Whenever God gives you promise, there is a delay that has happened. The delay is because you have not grown. You have not grown into the maturity. The Law is like a tutor to equip us, but Grace helps us to grow into the maturity to experience God or to receive what God has kept for us.

Psalm 1: 3, 4 says, You are like a tree that is planted by the streams of living water, which yields fruit in season. Every season that you grow, you bear fruit. So sometimes you are not full ripened fruit because you have not grown. And when the fullness of time comes, your fruit becomes ripened so that you will be blessing to many.

Abraham received a promise in Genesis 12: 2, 3. He received a promise but the promise to come to pass took 25 years. God gave him a promise at 75 years and it took 25 years to come to pass. I believe that he was all without faith but when he had an encounter with God, God changed his name from Abram to Abraham. The word “ha” means it means God’s “breath” or the favor of God in his life. In Genesis 7: 3. When God spoke to Abraham and changed his name from Abram to Abraham then Sarai to Sarah. The ha was added. When the ha was added there was a favor of God over his life. A set time of favor that has come. From that time one year he gave birth to Isaac.

Like Bible says Noah found favor in the eyes of God. What do you mean by Noah found favor in the eyes of God? See, he heard the voice of God, and he found favor. When you listen to the voice of God, you find favor of God in your life. And Noah’s responsibility was just to build an ark. And people asked him, why are you building an ark? And he gave them the answer that God has asked him to build an ark according to the design of God. What did he do in that situation? When he built an ark, and people asked him, he told them there is a flood going to come. In those days, they did not see flood. Noah was doing something which is contrary to what the people believed. But yet he believed God. Sometimes favor has responsibility. It is beyond your natural Circumstances. Noah was only one person, he has to build a very big ark according to the design, For 120 years he built it, and he began to preach to everyone that better come inside the ark. Nobody believed him. The favor sometimes separates you from others. Favor has responsibility. Favor takes you to a situation where people will make fun of you. But at the end, the very obedience that he listened to the voice and did it, saved him from adverse situation. Favor protects you and also saves you from adverse situation.
